How much do I pay for delivery and postage?
All postage and packaging to the UK is £4.95 for First Class Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.

Guarnteed Next Day Service is available which means your order will arrive by 1 PM the following day. Please note that all orders for this service MUST be recieved by 12PM to be guaranteed for the following day. Any orders later than this will be dispatched the following day.

All orders to outside of UK Mainland, ROI, European countries start from £18.00. Please call for a quote before placing your order. PLEASE NOTE: Next day delivery is not possible outside of UK Mainland

all other countries please call to obtain shipping cost.

When are Orders dispatched?
All orders are dispatched the same day if placed by 12PM on a working day if products are out of stock we will contact  you. Only Items that need personalistaion we will turn these around within 48 hrs, however, these are normally also done within 24 hrs. We will inform you if there will be any delay.

Please note Royal Mail First Class post aim to deliver the next working day, however, sometimes it can take 2 days. ALL ORDERS require a signature so please ensure someone will be in to sign for the parcel. Royal Mail will ONLY deliver to the address on the Parcel.

If you need an item faster then simply select Special Delivery which will give you guaranteed Next Day Delivery by 1PM from Mon- Fri. However, if you select Special Delivery on a Friday Royal Mail will not guarantee that it will arrive on Saturday, but will guarantee for MONDAY. Baby Naming Day cannot  not take responsibility for Royal Mail Services or other courier company services. Next day delivery is not guaranteed outside of Uk mainland.

Nappy cakes are made to order so may take 3-4 days. If they are out of stock we will let you know via emails when the order will be dispatched.

Price Promise Guarantee

We are constantly monitoring our prices  so yo dont have to. If in the rare occassion you do find a an identical product that is being offered for a lower price on the web from any other Naming Day party supply retailers, then simply email or call us and we will match the price. This is only valid for items that are not in any promotion or inconjunction with any other offer offered on a third party website.

Handling Complaints
We view complaints in a very positive manner as it gives us the opportunity to improve our standards. So please do not feel concerned about contacting us. Your comments will be welcomed and treated in confidence. We will acknowledge any complaint within 5 working days and indicate to you the timescale in which the problem will be resolved.

If you need to return an item.
If you are not entirely happy with any purchase from baby-naming-day.co.uk, we will be pleased to refund the purchase price. (Please note Postage Cost is non refundable). This is provided the items are returned to us undamaged, in full working order and in the same packaging in which it was dispatched, within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please keep proof of posting in case goods are lost in the post.

Simply email sales@baby-naming-day.co.uk together with the reference number of the order from your confirmation e-mail. Return the item to the address on Contact Us page and ensure you obtain proof of posting. A refund will be made to the purchaser's credit/debit card account.
